About the Role

We are looking for a creative, confident and enthusiastic intern who is excited about social media, content, weddings, client communication and digital marketing.

This is not a role where you will only post on Instagram or perform one fixed task. You will get exposure to the complete ecosystem of a creative wedding brand—from planning content and tracking trends to supporting client inquiries and helping the team convert leads into confirmed bookings.

What You Will Do

​

 Social Media & Content Support

• Assist in planning and managing Instagram posts, reels and stories.

• Help organize content received from recent wedding shoots.

• Shortlist photographs and video clips for reels, highlights and storytelling posts.

• Write engaging captions and assist with hashtag research.

• Help schedule and upload content across social media platforms.

• Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement.

• Support the team in maintaining a consistent and premium visual identity.

 Creative & Reel Assistance

• Track trending reels, audios, editing styles and wedding-content formats.

• Suggest creative reel ideas, storytelling concepts and behind-the-scenes content.

• Assist in creating simple graphics, Instagram stories and social media posts using Canva.

• Coordinate with photographers and editors to identify the best content for publishing.

• Help maintain the luxury, emotional and storytelling-based aesthetic of the brand.

 Client Interaction & Lead Support

• Assist in responding to basic inquiries received through Instagram, WhatsApp, the website and referrals.

• Communicate with potential clients in a polite and professional manner.

• Understand basic wedding requirements such as dates, locations and services needed.

• Help explain our services, packages and brand value.

• Support the team with lead follow-ups.

• Help move genuine inquiries toward meetings, discussions and confirmed bookings.

 Lead Tracking & Organization

• Maintain proper records of incoming inquiries.

• Track follow-up dates and conversation status.

• Organize client details and requirements.

• Ensure important inquiries are not missed.

• Help maintain smooth communication between clients and the internal team.

 Research & Trend Tracking

• Research current Instagram trends and wedding-content styles.

• Track what leading wedding brands and creative studios are doing online.

• Suggest new content formats and marketing ideas.

• Research hashtags, reel formats, audience interests and competitor activity.

• Identify creative ways to reach couples who are planning their weddings.

 General Team Support

• Organize social media folders, photographs, videos and content files.

• Assist in preparing content calendars.

• Support scheduling and post preparation.

• Help the marketing, sales and creative teams whenever required.

• Take ownership of small tasks and ensure they are completed properly.
